The flow is a hand stitched footbag (hacky sack) using strong upholstery threads and soft yet durable synthetic suede. The flow has 20 panels and would fit a player that is looking to learn difficult freestyle tricks and stalls. Its filled with plastic/metal filler which makes it great for stalls. I would highly rec amend this footbag (hacky sack) to any one that is trying to learn new tricks or is just looking for a good high quality footbag!
